- Road patching continues to be entirely funded by SLSHA. Annual patching and sweeping occurs each spring.
- The replacement of Spring Lake Boulevard was completed in the summer of 2024.
- We have partnered with Spring Lake North to contract with GoodFellows Lawn and Landscape to provide snow removal and salting for both subdivisions during the 2024-25 winter season.
- We also partnered with SLN to contract for lawn and landscaping services during the summer of 2025.
- Additional revenue from annual dues is required to fund larger projects over the next several years including ongoing yearly road repair.
